How do I place an order?

When you go into our online catalog you can click on an image. This will not only give you a chance to see a larger image of the item but it will also allow you "Add it to Shopping cart" if you should wish. After an item is added to the shopping cart your taken to a screen that not only shows you your item and it's cost but also shows the cost to ship it. You than have the option to either continue shopping or Checkout.. At Checkout you will be required to fill out all the information to pay and ship your purchase.

Unfortunately ceramics are heavy and can sometimes be costly to ship.  Shipping is now exact as you add items to your cart you will be able to see the exact cost at all times. We have 2 methods of shipping:            Standard (FedEx) or Priority Mail (USPS)

When can I expect to receive my purchase?

It generally takes about 10 days for you to receive your purchase and it can take as much as 14 depending on your location. Money Orders or Cashier Checks ship the same day payment is received. Payment does have to be received before purchase is shipped.

What is Your Return Policy?

You have 7 days to return your purchase if you are not completely Satisfied. Damages MUST be reported within 3 Days upon receipt. Damaged items will be replaced. Returns must be properly repacked and shipped by Fed Ex or UPS (USPS Parcel Post will not be excepted). Refunds will be made by Check or Credit Card. At Country Red we update our catalog daily. All items are in stock. On the occasion when there is need to back order we will inform you before we process the order. All back orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
